Our collaboration with master brewers has blossomed into Komban Blonde (4.6%) – a bright, semi-dry, golden brew with strong undertones of orange and clove and an afterthought of mild pepper. Komban Blonde also boasts a touch of Madeira cake sweetness. An ideal complement to a variety of European dishes, it pairs equally well with robust flavours like red meat dishes and ripened cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
